If you want a relaxing mocha elixir or latte, try my Spruced-up Coffee with Apothekary’s Chill the f* out. This is super easy to make and has great health benefits! See the benefits of Apothekary’s Chill the f* out here.

INGREDIENTS

  • 12-16 oz Decaf Coffee (or regular if you are drinking this in the morning)
  • 1 tsp Apothekary’s Chill the f* out
  • heaping 1/2 tsp cocoa (if you want the Latte instead- leave the cocoa out)
  • ~2 oz milk (half & half or whole milk is best if you like thicker froth- the higher the fat content, the better froth) I don’t like too much froth, so I use 2% milk.
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla Skinny Syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Make 12 oz cup of coffee
  2. Pour milk into electric frother. You can also get a handheld frother. Either of these are a great choice! In my electric frother, I pour the milk just above the minimum line since I’m only making one cup of coffee. I like the electric frother as it heats and froths at the same time. With the handheld one you need to heat the milk first and then froth. Either way, the job gets done.
  3. Add the Chill the f* out, the cocoa and the skinny syrup into the frother. Turn it on and let it run its cycle.
  4. Pour over coffee, give it a little stir- and ENJOY.
